An early start to pick up Mum at Joseph's Merchant City Apartment (as he had taken her to Mass with him) and take her out for the day to Luss (we'd never been there before) a very cute little town on the Bonnie, Bonnie banks of Loch Lomond.... you can break into song now if you know it!
What a fantastic day it was, the sun was shining and we had a great time... went out on the loch on a little boat, although getting Mum in and out of the boat was quite a feat, nevertheless, we made it and had a scrumptious snack in the little tea house there. We'll post some pictures so you can get a glimpse of it, so pretty and great to spend the time with Mum when she's doing so well. Young AT (77), must be taking very good care of her in Neilston. Ended the evening with dinner at Uplawmoor Hotel - 2km up the road from Neilston and enjoyed the locals and the pub fayre!!
