Took a walk down to the Cullen beach and golf course. Fed the seagulls with some stale buns.
After lunch we drove eastward to Fraserburgh on the northeastern tip of Scotland. Stopped at a few little fishing villages along the way – Gardentown, Crovie, Pennan and Rosehearty (see pics below). On the way back we stopped at the Shore Inn in Portsoy for a couple of pints with the locals. Got back to Cullen in time to grab a fish supper at Linda’s and watch Corrie and Eastenders.
Called Mum and sang her Happy Birthday To You (Poor dear answered the ‘phone) and had to listen to us! Everything is fine in Canada and she got home safe and sound.
